✦ What is your return policy?

We want you to have an awesome experience with us, so we've made our return policy as straightforward as possible. If for any reason (any reason at all) you change your mind on your purchase, just return it to us within 60 days of your order. We will gladly issue you a full refund or exchange, your choice.

Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, but you'll get a refund on your original shipping costs. We'll cover any shipping expenses related to a problem with the products, of course. Just shoot us a note at: help@lizzieizziejames.com to let us know what you'd like us to do.

How much is shipping?

Low shipping costs is part of a good shopping experience, so....

Ground shipping is free for purchases over $50. Otherwise, it’s a flat fee of $3 for ground shipping to anywhere in the U.S., regardless of the number of items. Priority shipping is also available for $7.

When will my order be sent?

Orders will be sent within 1 business day. On very, very rare occassions, it might take two business days. We'll shoot you a note if that's going to happen.

Do you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship within the United States at this time. Sending internationally comes with customs forms, etc... and we're not quite ready to deal with that yet.

What is the best way to contact you?

If you need help, want to give us some feedback or just want to chat with us about random things (e.g, the weather, Justin Bieber, etc.), contact us. We'd love to hear from you.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax only to customers in Connecticut, where we are located.

Do you accept custom orders?

Not really for one-off custom orders. But if you're ordering for a group or a party, shoot us a note. We may be able to help.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, but selectively. Please email us at help@lizzieizziejames.com if you're interested.

What is your privacy policy?

We will treat your personal information as we would our own - i.e., very, very carefully and privately. We will not rent, sell, or in anyway share your personal information with any third party, unless we are required to by law. Plus, we've taken steps to protect your personal information as you transact with us by employing Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL, provided by GeoTrust). Credit card payments are handled by market leader Paypal, which lets us process payments without ever seeing or saving your credit card information.

How did you come up with such an awesome website?

Lizzie, Izzie + James really owes it to Sherryl’s incredibly cool, amazingly smart, multi-talented, unbelievably good-looking husband. He helped Sherryl conceptualize the site, crystallize her vision, then articulate the key elements required to build her ideal web store.
